As I have previously mentioned, I have an affinity for boardwalks, and Neabsco’s is a beauty. Opened in 2019, the .75 mile wooden walkway stealthily winds it way over the Neabsco Creek, and the surrounding wetlands. Smaller connected plank paths venture into the adjacent forest. Here, the boardwalk presents the perfect opportunity to explore the natural world and appreciate the quiet beauty of a riparian habitat, all without getting wet.
