Flat Rock Cellars- Jordan, ON

There are an unbelievable amount of wineries in the Niagara region. Just as unbelievable is the quality of the wine, which is not limited to the super sweet ice variety. 

Flat Rock cellars is just one such producer, whose family owned vineyard has focused on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling since 1999. Located in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench sub-appelation, the vineyards rocky soil yields a delicious grape. The scenic tasting room, with its sweeping views of the vines, isn’t half bad either.
