The Royal Horse Show is arguably the best part of the illustrious Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. It is certainly the most glamourous and dramatic. The largest indoor show of its kind, featuring the best equestrians in the world, it's not to be missed.

Kinzua Bridge- Mt Jewett, PA
Kinzua Bridge is an excellent example of both an early civil engineering marvel, and the awesome power of nature. Visually stunning, it's definitely worth the detour to see in person.

As I have said before, few things are better than a day on the water. The ultimate summer activity, an afternoon sail on a beautiful day reminds you of all that is good in the world. A trip off the coast of Nantucket on the Endeavor is downright divine.

If you ever dreamed of going to Space Camp as a kid, but never made it, you can visit the U.S. Space & Rocket Center as an adult. No, it's not the same- you don't get to miss school- but there are a lot of interesting space artifacts and interactive experiences.

Inn at Perry Cabin (Sailing)- St. Michaels, MD
As I have said before, any day on the water is a good day. It gets even better if you are spending it aboard a sailboat, with a chilled bottle of Moët and Chandon.
